Robert Jackson’s Magnum Oafus

  • The Voice of Romford

Got nothing better to do so if anyone wants to knock me up or get knocked up I’m your back door man.

  • My mother

    Daily writing prompt
Describe an item you were incredibly attached to as a youth. What became of it?

It’s not the correct way to describe the most loving woman of my childhood but we used to play a game called Mrs Boiling.

As soon as I woke up when I was a small child I used to run naked into her bedroom and climb in to her bed and she would clutch me tightly against her bare breast until I was too hot to cope and then she would let go.

    I love you mum.

  • Here’s a Few Songs for the Lonely

  • My Mission

    What is your mission?

Your mission, should you choose to accept it is to listen to the whole of this song.

  • Avoid the NHS

    Daily writing prompt
What are your thoughts on the concept of living a very long life?

I’m pretty sure people from all over the world pop by to read my blog from time to time and have heard about how the British are so proud of their NHS but in my experience some of the doctors and nurses steal from the taxpayer and patients and believe they have the right to carelessly kill with impunity.

It’s true there are many fantastic and dedicated staff and it’s still possible to get world class healthcare here that’s free at the point of care but it’s a total lottery.

If I don’t get proper healthcare elsewhere soon I am certain to die way before my time.

  • NELFT Mental Health Services are Utterly Corrupt

Finally worked out today that despite being the subject of the Government’s Lampard Inquiry NELFT CMHT don’t know the first thing about healthcare nor care one Iota about patient outcomes.

It appears I’ve been getting injections of Paliperidone despite being told I was getting Depixol. My liver and kidneys may be starting to fail and I am getting other serious side effects.

I know I’ve made some friends on wordpress so please offer your support by liking this post.

  • Life’s Philosophy

    Daily writing prompt
    What could you do differently?

It depends whether it’s all pre-ordained or we have free will.

What I wish these days when I’m feeling a bit low and unwell is that whichever philosophy is correct, things were a bit different.

  • Broken Hearts

Feeling a bit low and contemplative at the moment so posting a few songs that I like to listen to when I’m in the mood, they have a pleasing melancholy about them.

  • Hormones, the Organs and Instinct

Good evening, I’ve been thinking more about my theory that mental diagnoses are related to kidney, liver and gut function and how some of the hormones seem to work together and some of them work in opposition.

I’ll try to explain but it may come across as a bit disjointed.

Firstly, I believe that hormones may be related to instinct and that permanently altering any of them is not the correct way to correct deficiencies. Pharmaceuticals may need to be shorter acting to avoid dangerous side effects.

I can only think of of a few key essential instincts: the need to hunt for food to sustain us, the need to digest and process the food to turn it into essential compounds for life and the need to mate to reproduce.

Each organ seems to be responsible for producing or releasing these hormones at the correct time.

We wake in the morning because the sunlight gives us a boost of vitamin D to stimulate dopamine production to get us alert. Then we eat to give us the essential nutrients to sustain us through the day, then we rest to digest these nutrients, then when we have enough we mate to reproduce, then rest and reset for the next day.

To conclude, everything we do is meant to give us the ability to reproduce and spread our genes. I don’t know the meaning of life but successful genes persist and weaker ones wither.
