  • A New Business Idea

    I have little else to do down here on the farm except worry about being abuséd and thinking to myself and I’ve had an idea for an advertising business which I think is really interesting if it can be made to work.

    my ideas is to have LCD screens at window height in tube tunnels that show adverts as the train moves. It would need a continuous row of slightly curved screens with a static image that scrolled according to the speed of the train and sensors to let the software know where the windows are and the trains speed and direction.

    The adverts could change from station to station and also depending on what time of day it is and where in the network the train is.

    So for example during rush hour you could be shown adverts for financial companies and news, during the day you could be shown adverts for local shops, tourist attractions and pubs and restaurants and in the evening you could be shown adverts for theatre shows, films and pubs and restaurants.

    Presumably the rates could be changed in the way that television ads are.

  • I’m Starting to Question

    As a young man moderate patriotism for England and Britain was the norm.

    I still fundamentally feel that way but have travelled widely around Europe and have always tried to respect people in their own country.

    Now in England I’m witnessing massive change for the worse, a collapse in law and order, unbridled immigration of people who don’t respect us back and simply take.

    To me patriotism was always about pride and a sense of safety and belonging and kinship.

  • Coke an’ a Smoke

    Ok that’s not quite true, it’s coke and a vape (the fizzy pop type, not the class A drug. All of my unwholesome proclivities can be satisfied with a trip to Tesco’s).

    I did test my theory that vitamins C and D might help me with stopping smoking (with supplements, not foodstuff) and it seemed to work a treat for a couple of days but the interaction between my medication (which I hate being forced to take) and a knackered metabolism may have messed up the experiment. I’ve actually been getting vitamin D supplements here in the gulag and it’s helping too. Certainly I can go a good half an hour without vaping which is good all things considered.

    I have also come to the conclusion that I have mild OCD that manifests in ways that aren’t obvious or troubling to me and I found that tuna is particularly good at calming down my impulsivity (although I can’t remember why I originally decided to try it. It may be that it produces acetylcholine in the nervous system).

    Anyway, that’s all for now I hope your life is better than mine is at the moment and if it’s not phone a friend for help.

    I lost access to my blog for a while so I haven’t been posting but I think I’ve recovered it.

    I’m currently banged up in the most abusive excuse for a hospital I can imagine but I’ve been promised I’ll be home in no more than a month.

    I’ll believe that if and when it happens.

    Back to business as usual after spending the weekend in Police custody for smashing up a car with a hammer outside mum’s house,

    Going to take my parents shopping in Romford tomorrow and have my usual browse around the charity shops and HMV whilst I wait for them.

    I know some of you don’t listen to my music and some of you do so I’ll carry on for now.

    I went to Romford today and it was surprisingly pleasing not to be bumping in to ill mannered urchins everywhere. I was, however surprised there were so many pensioners out in this weather.
