A New Business Idea

I have little else to do down here on the farm except worry about being abuséd and thinking to myself and I’ve had an idea for an advertising business which I think is really interesting if it can be made to work.

my ideas is to have LCD screens at window height in tube tunnels that show adverts as the train moves. It would need a continuous row of slightly curved screens with a static image that scrolled according to the speed of the train and sensors to let the software know where the windows are and the trains speed and direction.

The adverts could change from station to station and also depending on what time of day it is and where in the network the train is.

So for example during rush hour you could be shown adverts for financial companies and news, during the day you could be shown adverts for local shops, tourist attractions and pubs and restaurants and in the evening you could be shown adverts for theatre shows, films and pubs and restaurants.

Presumably the rates could be changed in the way that television ads are.
