The subject of today’s potcast:
The above is a little ceramic dwarf I bought for £2 in a charity shop in Harold Hill last week. He’s not my usual sort of thing but when I saw him he looked good quality and just interesting.
What, however, clinched the deal for me was an artists name impressed to the inside at the base and obviously done with a professionally made stamp.
The name: K Hayward
I just had to get him home for some research, I was now Lord of this thing.
The most likely candidate is Kate Hayward whose website is here:

I don’t know what her work costs, as it’s not really my sort of subject matter I may try to sell it, I need the money more at the moment.
